The Wilmington Blue Rocks Community Relations department is responsible for all handling all charitable donation and appearance requests in our large community, which includes Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. A goal of the Wilmington Blue Rocks is to build a strong and happy community. Any function or group that is holding an event that benefits the community are eligible to receive a charitable gift form the Blue Rocks. Approved donations usually consist of a four pack of gift certificates redeemable for Blue Rocks tickets.

In order for an organization to receive a donation, the Blue Rocks must receive a letter on the company letterhead either by way of fax or standard mail. Unfortunately, emailed requests cannot be accepted. Please send the letter at least 5 to 6 weeks prior to your event to ensure that the Blue Rocks can review and fill you request in time.

Please include the following information in your donation request letter:
  •   Mission of group or organization
  •   Who will benefit from the event
  •   Description of the event and its purpose
  •   Preferred type of donation (tickets or memorabilia)
  •   How the item will be used
  •   Date, time and location of event
  •   Address donation can be sent to
  •   Contact person
